How you make Dalgona Coffee:

Dalgona coffee is a cold beverage originating from Macau in China. You use soluble coffee, sugar, and water to create the foam. That foam you place on cold milk and ice cubes.

Bear in mind, this is a very strong coffee and go slow with it. Moreover, it is very sweet and definitely nothing you want to drink if you are on the way of losing weight or if you have diabetes.

You certainly can use any normal coffee and not soluble one. Be prepared though. You might get a tennis arm. Nevertheless, that possibility adds more variation to Dalgona coffee. We recommend ORAIO RED ESPRESSO for it. It has a full and strong character.
