Are the coffee beans grown in Switzerland?

Unfortunately, the coffee beans cannot be grown in Switzerland. They are bought abroad in raw condition and are processed in Switzerland to the final product you can buy.

Where is the coffee of KX ORAIO roasted and processed?

The coffee of KX ORAIO is roasted and processed in Switzerland.

How long lasts the roasting process of the coffee?

The process of roasting does not end after the coffee beans have been taken away from the roasting sphere. It will end after the cooling down. The whole process lasts longer than an hour which is about 3 times as long as others do.

What are the business hours of KX ORAIO?

The business hours of KX ORAIO are 07:00 AM to 18:00 PM Monday – Friday central European time.

What languages does KX ORAIO speak if you have a question?

KX ORAIO offers support in German, English, Chinese and Cantonese.

Why do I have to pay in advance?

The customers of KX ORAIO have to pay in advance to avoid fraud. Many businesses go bankrupt due to lack of will to pay for products or services people bought.

When are products shipped?

Products are shipped to the customer after the payment is confirmed.

Are the prices without VAT if you order from outside Switzerland?

All our prices are without VAT if you order from outside of Switzerland. Nevertheless, there will most likely occur taxes and other fees to our customers depending on the customs in their country on which KX ORAIO has no influence on.

The VAT. of Switzerland is 2.5% for food.

How does KX ORAIO handle refund?

KX ORAIO cannot give a monetary refund due to the fact we sell perishable food products. Instead, we can offer a replacement of the product you bought.

To which countries does KX ORAIO sell and ship its products, how long does the shipping take approximately and what are the prices?

Currently, KX ORAIO sells and ships its products to East Asian countries which are included in the Swiss Post shipping Zone 5.

Does KX ORAIO deliver into EU countries?

KX ORAIO does NOT deliver to EU countries. The GDPR is brand new and it is not applicable to real life. KX ORAIO will wait how courts in the EU countries make decisions.

What is the maximum weight you can order at KX ORAIO?

The maximum total cart weight is set to 28kg of products. The package used to ship will add up to around 30kg which is the maximum weight the Swiss Post will send per package.

What do I have to do if I want to order more than the maximum weight of 30kg to ship by the Swiss Post to my country?

If your order weight is higher than the maximum weight of 30kg given by the Swiss Post you have to do extra orders. The weight-based shipping prizes will be calculated extra for each package.

Another possibility is to contact us here to find another solution for your needs.

Can I delete my account details?

Yes, you can delete your account with all corresponding information connected to it yourself. If you do not want to do it by yourself you can contact us and we will do it for you.

Under “My account” you find the tab “Delete my account“.

Nevertheless, if you placed an order in the past we have to keep your order credentials due to law.
